- Print Type: Double-sided (flip on long edge)
- Pages per Sheet: 1 page per sheet
- Scaling: Actual Size / 100% (do not “fit to page”)
- Orientation: Portrait
- Note: Printing 1 page per sheet ensures the chronological order stays correct when printing dated inserts

- Run a test print of 2–3 pages before printing the full set
- Confirm your printer is set to flip pages on the long edge

- Print Type: Single- or double-sided
- Pages per Sheet: 1 or 2 pages per sheet
- Scaling: Actual Size / 100% (do not “fit to page”)
- Orientation: Portrait
- Note: Because undated inserts are not sequential, printing multiple inserts per page will not affect order.
