How do I print my digital order?

What is the return policy?

Digital Products:

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a file has been downloaded, we're unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you experience a technical issue with your files, please reach out to us at hello@paperdovedesigns.com.

Physical Products:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We ask that you return items in its original packaging.

Please note, we do not accept returns on sale items.

At this time, Paper Dove Designs offers digital printable planner inserts .

If you're just beginning, we recommend starting with:

  • A daily or weekly insert
  • One planner size you know you'll consistently use

What is a ring-bound planner?

A ring-bound planner uses six metal rings to hold pages. Unlike bound planners, ring-systems offer flexibility to completely customize your planner.

Examples include Filofax, Louis Vuitton agendas, Chanel agendas, Van Der Spek, Gillio Firenze, Franklin Covey Compact and Moterm planners.
What is a disc-bound planner?

A disc-bound planner uses plastic or metal discs to hold pages. The discs allow for addition or removal of inserts quickly. Examples include the Happy Planner and Erin Condren disc.

At this time, Paper Dove Designs makes inserts for ring-bound planners.
Why choose a ring- or disc-bound planner instead of a bound planner?

Ring- and disc-bound planners allow you to customize your planner to your personal needs. Pages can be added, removed, or rearranged at any time—offering flexibility, longevity, and a system that grows with you rather than locking you into a single layout.

Paper Dove designs offers printable planner inserts, which give you the freedom to print at home whenever you'd like. If a page is completed, you simply reprint the insert instead of purchasing or printing a whole new planner. Over time, this system helps lower printing costs while extending the life of your planner.
How do I choose between a ring-bound and disc-bound planner?

Choose a ring-bound planner if you:

  • Prefer pages to feel secure and polished
  • Use luxury or traditional planners (Filofax, Moterm, Louis Vuitton)

Choose a disc-bound planner if you:

  • Prefer to add/remove pages quickly
  • Don't mind a thicker profile
  • Use Happy Planner or Erin Condren Disc systems
How do I know what size is right for me?
  • Large / A5 - Best for large handwriting, projects, journaling, planning at home
  • Medium / Personal - Best for everyday use, can fit in a tote bag/large purse
  • Small / Pocket - Perfect for minimalists on-the go and running lists
