In a world that moves quickly, the act of writing by hand has become a luxury. Putting pen to paper invites us to slow down and reflect on what matters most. At Paper Dove Designs, we believe the simple act of writing things down can bring clarity to everyday life.

Paper Dove Designs was born during my second pregnancy— one shaped by perinatal depression. I found myself returning to pen and paper as a way to create structure during a difficult season. What began as a personal practice became the foundation for a brand rooted in intention, beauty and care.

Our timeless, softly nostalgic designs are created for those who value analog rituals. We create paper goods that support mental clarity and intentional living— one page at a time. 

At its heart, Paper Dove Designs exists to support women, especially during seasons of change. It is my hope that this brand will continue to grow into a means of giving back to mothers navigating perinatal mental health challenges and their journey towards healing.
